Traveling is cheaper than ever. It has never been easier to book a flight and tick off another item on your bucket list.
But mass tourism is becoming a worldwide problem and problems like polluting airplanes, overcrowded cities and the Disneyfication of culture are starting to surface.

Most of the time, the places we visit have been visited by many before us and many more to come. Why visit the same places over and over again? What if we would be able to recycle experiences?

Recollective is a speculative travel pharmacy where you can purchase the experience you like, in the form of a pill. After taking the pill, an experience is coded into your memory, much like what happens when you're dreaming.

It's also the place where you can donate your experiences. An advanced EEG cap reads your brainwaves while you recollect the memory, it is made anonymous and ready for other to take in. Only professional tourists travel the undiscovered parts of the world and donate those experiences to the collective.
